Shipping:

Your VGB Outlet items will be shipped directly from our Outlet location and will be typically delivered within 5-7 business days. Overnight and second day delivery are not available. These items are also available to be shipped directly to any VGB location for In-Store pickup.

Exchanges:

Outlet items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged for store credit or a gift card.

Our Outlet Items can be refunded with the purchase of our Kover Buyers Assurance program. Items purchased with the Assurance program cannot be returned to the store. These items must be shipped directly back to Kover for the refund to be issued.

Order Cancellations:

All online Outlet orders cannot be cancelled after the order has been submitted.
