What is your Exchange policy?
Items may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
This is applicable to all items available on the website and in boutique.
Additional non-returnable and exchangeable items:
Gift cards, All Jewelry, Accessories, Footwear, Earrings, Intimate ApparelSale/Clearance Merchandise
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Exchanges will be granted in the form of a VGB Gift Card via email for online purchases. In store exchanges will be granted in a hard copy form of a VGB Gift card (Gift Cards expire in 60 days from issue date)
I purchased online, How do I exchange?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a store credit and or gift card will be emailed to you at the email address listed on your order. Gift cards/Store Credit expires 60 days from issue date.
In the event that the item you purchased online is out of stock at the time of fulfillment, you will be refunded that amount back to your credit card or the original form of payment. In the event, that the incorrect item is shipped, you will be refunded for your order and shipping costs to have the item returned back to us will also be reimbursed.
My item is defective, what do i do?
We inspect the merchandise before it is shipped, but in the event that you receive a damaged item, please contact us at shopvgb@gmail.com with your name, order number, and a photo of the damaged item.
Can I cancel my order?
After your order is placed online, we are unable to cancel your order once payment is captured.
How long does my purchase take to ship?
Everything leaves our boutique within 3-4 days, and should be in your hands within 7 days. We offer in-store pickup as a shipping option for local customers.

If you purchase Seel Return Assurance for items in your order, please use the Seel Return Portal to return your eligible items. You can learn more about the Seel Return Assurance policy here.
You can purchase Seel Return Assurance at checkout if you want the option to return and receive a refund for eligible items.
If you do not purchase Seel Return Assurance along with your order, then it is subject to our standard Exchange and Store Credit policy.

We send our items via USPS.
